SBM Life Science France has therefore set the following improvement targets:
Progress target Indicator n°1 => Pay gap (Result 34/40)
In order to ensure equal pay for men and women for the same work or for work of equal value, SBM Life Science has set a 3-year target to reduce pay gaps not justified by objective criteria. The aim is to achieve, as far as possible, a result of 35/40 points on this indicator.
Measures:
Progress target Indicator n°2 => Difference in the rate of individual pay rises (Result 25/35)
SBM Life Science has set itself the target of achieving, as far as possible, within 3 years, a result of 10 points more on indicator 2 of the index concerning individual increase rate differentials.
Measures:
Progress target Indicator no. 4 => Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the top 10 earners (Result 5/10)
SBM Life Science has set a 3-year target to increase the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: as far as possible, at least retain 2 women in the 10 highest-paid and aim to reach 4 women.
