In line with its development strategy, SBM Life Science is confirming the acquisition of BHS’s Garden business, key actor on the French market, specialized in Fertilizers, Soil, Lawn Seeds, Plant Protection Products, Outdoor Maintenance products, as of the 1st July.
This acquisition offers an excellent complementarity of ranges and allows SBM Life Science to open up new categories such as lawn seeds and mineral fertilizers, in addition to its ranges of natural fertilizers, growing media, plant protection products and biocides.
