Progress target Indicator No. 1 => Pay gap (Result 27/40)
In order to ensure equal pay for women and men for the same work or for work of equal value, SBM Life Science has set itself the goal of reducing pay gaps that are not justified by objective criteria within three years. The goal is to achieve a score of 35/40 for this indicator, as far as possible.
Measures:
Progress target Indicator No. 2 => The gap in the distribution of individual pay increases between women and men (Result 25/35)
SBM Life Science has set itself the target of achieving, as far as possible, a result of 10 points higher on indicator 2 of the index concerning differences in individual pay increase rates within three years.
